Traveler Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information for bookings. Any errors must be corrected before final confirmation.
Travel Requirements: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, passport, and other travel requirements.
Force Majeure: The company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments due to force majeure events.
Changes to Terms: Celyn Travel and Tours reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice

Non-Refundable Payments: Deposit payments made to confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability and additional fees.
Cancellations by Client: If a customer cancels a booking, refund will be provided in case to case basis. In Addition, rescheduling may be allowed if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled trip.
Cancellations by Celyn Travel and Tours: If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative travel arrangement will be provided.
Processing Time: Refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 15-30 business days.
Service Fees: Any refund issued may be subject to service fees and third-party transaction charges.
